Promo Mechanics

1. The raffle is open to all participants who register in the provided Google Forms link and like and follow Asia Select’s official Facebook and LinkedIn accounts for our livestream session on “Ace Your Next Job Interview: 4 Helpful Tips” on December 1, 2023, from 12:00 PM to December 1, 2023, 12:20 PM.
2. The registered participants must also like and follow Asia Select’s official Facebook and LinkedIn accounts to gain one (1) valid raffle entry.
3. To join the livestream session in Facebook, Log in to your Facebook account > Search Asia Select in the search bar and click the official page > Make sure you like or follow the page to receive notifications about their livestreams > When the livestream is scheduled to start, go to the page’s timeline or scroll down until you see the post about the livestream > Click on the video to start watching the livestream >  If you want to receive notifications about future livestreams from the page, click on the “Follow” button.
4. To join the livestream session in LinkedIn, Log in to your LinkedIn account > Look for the post or announcement about the upcoming livestream session that you want to join > Click on the link provided in the post > You will be directed to the live video and the session will start automatically.
5. Upon registering, the participants shall enter their given first and last name, valid email address, registered mail or postal address, valid mobile number, job title (optional), how did you learn about the livestream, and consent. Registration in the provided Google forms link will start on December 1, 2023, from 12:00 PM to December 1, 2023, 12:20 PM. Participants must use their registered mail as part of the form to ensure that their registration is properly processed.
6. To be eligible for the raffle, all registered participants must follow the official Facebook and LinkedIn pages of Asia Select. All participants follow the official Facebook and LinkedIn pages of Asia select shall be granted one (1) valid raffle entry.
7. Three (3) winners will be selected via electronic raffle draw using Wheel of Names on December 1, 2023, 12:20 PM.
8. Promo period is from December 1, 2023, from 12:00 PM to December 1, 2023, 12:20 PM.
9. There will be 3 winners consisting of: 1^st place – Grab Pay credits, 1^st runner up – one-time 30-minute career coaching session prize, 2^nd runner-up – one-time 30-minute career coaching session prize.
10. The winners will be determined via electronic raffle draw and announced on December 1, 2023, 12:20 PM, at Salcedo Village, 6th Floor The Athenaeum Building, 160 L.P. Leviste Street, Makati, 1227 in the presence of Asia Select, Inc. and DTI representatives.
11. A name can only win once.
12. To claim the prize, the three (3) winners will be contacted through their provided valid email address and contact number.
13. To claim the P500 Grab Pay credits prize, the one (1) winner can follow a simple online redemption process by entering the provided code on the Grab website or app. In case the winner doesn’t know how to claim the prize, Asia Select will provide a step-by-step guide to the winner.
14. To claim the 30-minute career coaching session prize, the two (2) winners must respond to Asia Select’s email, and ASI will subsequently arrange the coaching session with one of their recruitment experts.
15. Redemption period is until 60 days from the receipt of notification, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Asia Select, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
16. Prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable.
17. All employees of Asia Select Inc., their partners and affiliates, including their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.
2. Participants must register in the provided Google Forms and fill out the entries included. Add a valid email address and mobile number upon registration. 
3. Participants must provide their given first and last name in the Google forms registration link. 
4. Duplicate email addresses and mobile number will be considered an invalid entry. 
5. The decision in determining the winners via electronic raffle draw is final and binding, in concurrence with DTI.
6. The winners will be contacted through the provided valid email address, contact number, or registered mail. 
7. The 500 pesos worth of Grab Pay credits is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
8. The 500 pesos worth of Grab Pay credits can only be used to purchase goods or services from participating merchants.
9. The 500 pesos worth of Grab Pay credits is not open to employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of the sponsor and its affiliates.
10. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates the terms and conditions.
11. By participating in this promo, participants agree to be bound by the promo mechanics and terms and conditions.
12. The sponsor reserves the right to modify or change the promo mechanics and terms and conditions without prior notice.
