Asia Select’s Market Development Representative for Visayas and Mindanao, Sylbil Fortuna, attended the annual Townhall event of the Cebu IT-BPM Organization (CIB.O) last March 1, 2023, at the Victoria Hall, Cebu Parklane International Hotel. Members from the industry, academe members, public sector organizations, and external guests attended the event. This year’s theme was “Building Resilience: Developing Talent and Ensuring Business Continuity,” emphasizing the significance of resilience and talent development in driving business sustainability.

The introduction of 11 new members from the IT-BPM industry and support groups was one of the event’s major highlights. A Memorandum of Understanding was also signed by CIB.O and AON Philippines, stating their commitment to collaborate on human resource and talent development efforts.
