Team building events have become an indispensable part of the modern corporate culture. At the ZMG Group, we recognize the value of teamwork and camaraderie. Coined ZMG Group XTRA, the ZMG Group organized a teambuilding activity last June 16-17, 2023 at Verde Azul, Morong Bataan.

In this article, we explore the exciting activities that brought forth the ABCs of the program and the lasting benefits of this event.

Instilling the ABCs of Teamwork

Led by Ms. Monaliza “Apple” Diaz of Inspiring Trainers, the ZMG Group learned the ABCs of teamwork. The activities were designed to promote the right team Attitude, setting the foundation for a positive and never-give-up mentality. The group learned the importance of Breaking silos – shattering barriers and being united around a shared vision and common goal. Likewise, the activities emphasized how important it is to Communicate openly. These activities laid the groundwork for the cohesive team that ZMG Group XTRA aimed to become.

Unleashing Hidden Talents

The ZMG Group was all out and XTRA for the event’s evening program as team members from the different business units as they showcased their unique skills and talents in an all-for-fun talent show and competition. Participants went for some song and dance performances that paved the way to discover the other side of each other’s personality and showcase never-before-seen talents. The night was filled with laughter and cheers throughout the different presentations.

Nurturing Camaraderie

Recognizing the value of personal connections, the team members of Asia Select, ZMG Ward Howell, AsiaPeople Search, and Asia Peopleworks come together to converse and share experiences and to come together towards a mutual objective of being one ZMG Group. ZMG Group XTRA undoubtedly brought stronger bonds among the group, fostering unity and collaboration. It was a weekend well spent in synergy as #ONEZMGGroup!
