Regina Zulueta-Perlas is the Executive Vice President of the ZMG Group, she is responsible in driving successful implementation of strategic projects, continuous excellence programs and business growth. She also served as Head of Corporate Affairs, responsible for the company's stakeholder relationships, corporate social responsibility, and business sustainability initiatives. She sits on the Board of Directors of Assessment Analytics, Inc., Athena Credit, Inc. and represents their family’s business interests in Drake Beam Morin (Lee Hecht Harrison Phil.), Balibago Waterworks System, Inc. and South Balibago Resources, Inc.

Regina learned the basics of business management from the late chairman and founder as a Management Trainee with the firm in 2014. She has a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management, Major in Hotel Administration from Enderun Colleges with internships in Hong Kong and Bordeaux, France. She earned her MBA units from the Asian Institute of Management.
