Andy, Cluster Head for Engineering Industry, is a recruitment expert whose career at ASI demonstrates her unwavering dedication to excellence and stellar record in talent acquisition. She worked her way up to her current position as Cluster Head at Asia Select from being a Senior Recruitment Associate. She has a keen eye for identifying outstanding candidates and has been successful in putting them in a number of local and international renowned companies across a variety of industries, including engineering, semiconductor, power and utilities, and manufacturing. She completed her undergraduate studies at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde with a Degree in Human Resource Management.
