Yanna is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional with over 5 years of experience in managing all phases of full-cycle recruiting. Her expertise spans from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. She has successfully championed two RPO clients in the FMCG shared services industry and has connected 150 individuals with various career opportunities.

She possesses an excellent understanding of multiple industries, including FMCG, F&B, Marketing & Advertising, Shared Services, and BPO. Before joining ASI, Yanna worked as an internal recruiter for an F&B company, where she handled end-to-end recruitment processes.

She graduated from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management. Yanna is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration while maintaining a full-time job, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
