Regina learned the basics of business management from the late chairman and founder as a Management Trainee with the firm in 2014. She has a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management, Major in Hotel Administration from Enderun Colleges with internships in Hong Kong and Bordeaux, France. She earned her MBA units from the Asian Institute of Management.

Regina is the President and CEO of Asia Select, Inc., concurrently she is the Executive Vice President for ZMG Ward Howell and Asia PeopleWorks, and a member of the ZMG Group Board of Directors.
