Michelle has experience working in various industries throughout her career including working in a global Shared Service Center. She has managed HR from country, regional, to global scope through her various experiences.
With 25 years in HR, she developed competence in the areas of Talent Management; Organizational, Leadership Development; Culture & Change Management; Career & Succession Planning; Labor Relations, and HRIS & Analytics.
Her advocacy includes being part of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) where she's currently sits part of its Board and Executive Committee. She was also a member of the Board from 2011-13. In PMAP, she spearheaded various CSR initiatives; development & offering of free HR Webinars as service to its members; & enhancement of the Association’s technology interventions. She was given the PMAP Presidential Citation Award for two consecutive years (2013-14) for her active contributions to the Association.
A certified DDI Facilitator & trained Investors in People (IiP) Facilitator, she led the transformation of SGS into an IIP Accredited Company (Gold Level) from 2011 to 2016 & also made SGS a recipient of the Gawad Maestro Award as Organizational Champion for Workplace Learning & Development in 2013.
In 2014 & 2015, she received a citation from CHRO Asia as one of the Global 100 Most Talented HR Leaders and Top 100 Influential HR Leaders, respectively.
A Psychology graduate and recipient of Jose Rizal Academic Excellence Award from De La Salle University, she completed 36 units of MA in Organizational Psychology also from DLSU.

Eric is currently the Human Resources Director of Baker & McKenzie's Global Services in Manila. The center provides shared services support to more than 75 B&M offices across the globe. He is part of the global senior leadership for B&M's talent management and he leads the center for people analytics and HR technology.
Ruby has gained over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources Professional. She has worked as a generalist starting with training and development then mentored, trained, and took on roles across the different areas of talent management – recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, communication, and engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
Ruby worked in the academe before crossing over to corporate and assuming her first HR role as a Training Specialist. Her HR experience cuts across multiple industries including semiconductor and electronics, consulting, BPO and contact center, IT, and high technology companies.
