Marge is considered an expert on recruitment process implementation and improvement, as well as on recruitment technology transformation. Her experience working with diverse cultures contributed to her in-depth knowledge in acquiring top talents for clients in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology (IT), Financial Services, Telecommunications, Hospitality, and Manufacturing industries.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from De La Salle University. She was formerly a Recruitment Manager in Sykes and, before joining Asia Select, she held regional roles in the Talent Acquisition teams of Korn Ferry and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In both companies, she managed requisitions up to the executive level in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.

Marge is a Piscean who enjoys drinking whiskey and practicing yoga during weekends.
