The one-day program on “Introduction to HR and Workforce Analytics” provides participants with an overview of the current concerns faced by HR practitioners. It defines the need for data analytics in order to align HR & business strategies, design efficient HR inventions that improve employee performance, efficiency, productivity and cost. It equips the participants with the means to carry out basic HR and workforce analytics using simple statistical tools in Excel.
