KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will ensure the compliance of the O&M Contracts and other related commercial main contracts to industry standards, plus report and resolve compliance and contractual issues.
  • You will formulate contract interpretation and obtaining its legal review.
  • You will protect the commercial interests of the company (i.e., timely adjustment of performance bond amount, safekeeping of financial securities, timely settlement of financial obligations)
  • You will draft and review correspondences, periodic reports, and minutes of meetings.
  • You will work closely with Operator's management and other contracting parties.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have at least 5 years of experience in project implementation, including managing contracts) in the power industry.
  • You must have hands-on knowledge in negotiating operation, maintenance, power off-take or fuel supply contracts, and handling insurance and financing agreements.
  • Having at least 5 years of experience in administering full-scope operation and maintenance contracts, power off-take contracts, and fuel supply contracts for project-financed power plants is an advantage.
  • Having work experience in a multinational environment is a plus.

  • You will provide general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
  • You will create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will commendable service by ensuring entity tax reporting compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)—such as filing of returns on Monthly & Quarterly VAT, Quarterly and Annual Corporate Income Tax, etc.
  • You will work on preparing and securing of required permits and licenses in government agencies (i.e. BIR, BOC, PEZA, and NTA)
  • You will build an effective working relationship with BIR and City Treasurer’s officers and representatives to maintain a smooth transaction.
  • You will work hand-in-hand with the General Accounting Associate in the filing of manual books of accounts.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must be a college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field. Having a professional qualification (i.e., CPA) is a plus.
  • You must have experienced working in an accounting-related role for at least 2 years.
  • You must be a professional with a good understanding of accounting principles, procurement process, terms of agreements and payment processing.
  • You must be an analytical problem-solver who is also a good communicator with fluency in English.

  • You must be an analytical problem solver with a good knowledge of related legislation, risk assessment principles, and management of ISO 14000, 4500, LEED or similar certifications.
  • You must be a good communicator with fluency in English.
