KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be delivering quality service with internal and external stakeholders related to supply chain operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will participate and collaborate with GBS functional teams and/or Operational Excellence in creating, implementing, and reviewing functional training system across GBS.
  • You will be a chief liaison of potential providers for ad-hoc team learning and development solutions and events.
  • You will work hand-in-hand with GBS Functional Training Lead to provide your expertise in defining, developing, and deploying a harmonized functional onboarding program to ensure consistency across GBS organization.
  • You will regulate the GBS functional/technical Learning portfolio and delivery channels on-site to meet development needs.
  • You will support the GBS Functional Training Lead in establishing an evaluation mechanism for each learning or training program.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must be a college graduate of any course. Having knowledge in lean management, education, training, and other related field is preferred
  • You must be experienced in creating, leading, and implementing functional or technical capability building or Operational Excellence programs for at least 2 years.
  • You are well-versed in program development, training delivery, and implementation of both e-learning and blended learning solutions.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong command in English.
  • You are an adept user of MS software applications for the development of training tools.
  • You are an advanced user of PowerPoint and other presentation applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be the link between the GBS and the customers to maximize customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
  • You will provide insights and analysis by monitoring KPIs and other targets agreed upon by leadership and by benchmarking GBS activities against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • You will provide quality reports by working closely with customers and by designing dashboards to measure GBS performance, customer satisfaction, and process effectiveness.
  • You will track customer feedback and propose call-to-action points related to customer experience improvement.
  • You will support the Delivery Excellence team to manage the service catalogue and maintain the service delivery framework by supporting new onboarding processes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • You are a college graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related course.
  • You have experienced working in a multinational company with a role in performance management or transformation and in project management for at least 1 year. Having experience working in a GBS or Shared Service Center is an advantage.
  • You are well-versed in understanding transactional processes in accounting and finance, HR, transportation and logistics, procurement, and IT.
  • You are an excellent communicator with a strong command in English.
  • You must be an adept user of MS Office. Having experience in using Vision or similar and BPML is an asset.
  • You must be an analytical problem solver with experience working with performance measure methods and tools, score cards and volumetric, and IT systems (i.e. ERP, ticketing system, CRM, SFA).

  • You will work hand-in-hand with GBS operations and functions to develop and implement performance measurement system, reporting tools, dashboards, governance, and review processes.
  • You will provide and implement commendable call-to-action plans related to the improvement of customer experience.
  • You will review and recommend improvements to existing business processes and services, and new techniques and technologies, and at the same time identify skill gaps and provide necessary trainings.
  • You will work hand-in-hand with IT to implement tools related to performance and service management.
  • You will define templates and ensure the quality standards for service descriptions, service portal, approval authority matrices, metrics/KPIs, and service levels.

  • You must have experienced working in a multinational company with a role in performance management or transformation and in project management for at least 4 years. Having experience working in a GBS or Shared Service Center is an advantage.
  • You must be well-versed in performance measure methods and tools, score cards and volumetric, and in launching and steering a global transformation program.
  • You must be knowledgeable in transactional processes in accounting and finance, HR, transportation and logistics, procurement, and IT. Having deep expertise in one or two areas with ability to translate into service delivery model is preferred.
  • You are an excellent communicator with a strong command in English.
  • You are a commendable leader and an analytical problem-solver who has an operational understanding of GBS delivery and ways of working.
