Before joining Asia Select, she was the Country Talent Acquisition of Schneider Electric-a multinational energy company-and was also part of the pioneer team of Fischer & Partners-a Thailand-based Executive Search Firm.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at De La Salle University Lipa. An HR recruiter by profession, Cess considers drawing and painting as her favorite pastimes.
