Ana Maria Bongato, or more known as Penny Bongato, is the first Filipino to be have been granted full certification on the SUCCESS PRINCIPLES © last August 2015. This certification was granted by Jack Canfield, author of Chicken Soup for the Soul and the Success Principles (among others). She is also a Certified Trainer in the Canfield Methodology.
She started her career as an engineer and moved to human resources and now doing advocacy on education and success and life coaching, having had experienced career shift herself. Her HR career started at Kodak Philippines, with no HR experience, coming from the line function. She began learning about HR through attending trainings and is now FPM, fellow in personnel Management granted by the People Management Association of the Philippines.
She has been in the IT-BPM industry for more than 20 years. In addition to this, she’s had more than 30 years of work experience in different fields and industries, including having spent more than 20 years in human resources, the profession she’s passionate about.
